In order to implement company’s strategic development plan and meet market request, our company signed a contract with Beihai Machinery equipment Co.,LTD on production line 2 in Qingdao, Shandong Province in July,2021.

The new environmental protection and energy saving production line has started.

This line is designed and modified according to newest technology, it can produce rubber conveyor belt with 650-1800mm width, 5400N/mm breaking strength, the max weight of single roll can reach to 32T.

Advantage of Spindle frame:

Each of the 144 steel cord spindles can be individually equipped on a torque motor reducer, so that each steel cords can be obtained an original tension with pull-out strength, and can achieve single-running or multi-running functions.

Advantage of tensioning station:

The tensioning station has equipped with 432 pulleys and 144 single oil cylinders, enabling it to provide tension and monitor for each steel cord, so as to achieve equal tension on every steel cords.

Main press (energy saving and environmental protection)

Using new material and a new steam system, which will largely reduce the steam consumption, saving energy and reducing emission, protecting environment and lower consumption, reducing the costs and increasing the efficiency.

The production line will design whole electrical system, the parameters such as temperature, time, pressure are automatically showed and can be set manually. The electronic control system is composed of PLC programmable controller, human-computer interface, control cabinet, etc. It will achieve running independently and dependently, and will monitor all equipment along the whole line in real-time.
