Got the bid of Yadong Cement Line 1 

 Origin of the project

  Mine limestone of Sichuan Yadong Cement Company was originally planned to be transported by railway to the factory(29 km). After that, due to the construction of the Guankou reservoir along the route, about 8 km of the planned railway line will be submerged by the reservoir, so the limestone transportation changed to long belt transportation from the mine to the gate section (12.613 km). The project is designed, installed,directed and debugged by Germany BEUMER, the limestone conveying capacity can be designed up to 2200t/h. Because of the mountain and valley along the route, its design and construction is extremely difficult. The project lasted for two years, and the total investment is about 300 million yuan.

    This project not only has the domestic famous conveyor belt enterprise, also has the international famous conveyor belt enterprise to participate. It can be seen that the importance of this project in the industry, its difficulty and the complex environment are one of the industry pioneers. To be able to stand out in many strong competitors is enough to prove that Comwell has the strength to be the first, and have the confidence to create brilliance again!

Meandering conveyor line

Line 1 of Sichuan Yadong Cement Company (under Taiwan's Far Eastern Group-World's Top 500) is about 12.75 km long, which transported from the mining area to the gate mixing station, passing through hilltops, rivers, villages and towns as well as 28 vertical turns and 8 horizontal turns, with a line height drop of 100m; Normal belt speed: :4.5m/s, Max:4.9m/s (up to 2400t/h in the future); running time:16h per day,7d per week,330d per year, transport volume:normal:2200t/h, Max:2400t/h.
